AgileEngine is seeking a Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable systems using Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot, GraphQL, MongoDB Atlas, and Aurora MySQL on AWS. You will work on an engineering team focused on reliability, observability, and cost-savings while delivering high-performance services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and designers to validate solutions through data and experimentation, with flexible remote/office options.

Formación

• 3+ years of backend-focused software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Experience with GraphQL (Netflix DGS).
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience building cloud-native distributed systems on AWS.
• Proficiency with MongoDB Atlas.
• Experience with Aurora MySQL on AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable backend systems.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design with data-driven validation.
