AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end BI efforts, leveraging SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience with maintaining or migrating models to new platforms.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor across coding tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
