AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into impactful insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop scalable dashboards, collaborate across teams, and own the data storytelling process.

The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools with remote-friendly and flexible work options, aiming to drive business outcomes with high data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
