AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

Develop data models, optimize queries, collaborate with customers, and translate complex data into actionable narratives with a focus on business impact. Flexible, remote-friendly role with USD-based compensation and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.
