AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop visualizations, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with customers to gather requirements while delivering high-impact analytics.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strategic thinking, and a strong operational mindset, with remote-friendly collaboration and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid data warehousing and pipeline understanding.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
