AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, converting large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop scalable data visualizations and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across remote and office environments.

The role requires strong SQL and Tableau experience, Python development, and familiarity with AI coding tools, plus Excel proficiency and data warehousing know-how.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
