AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tooling with a strong data warehousing foundation.

You will own end-to-end BI deliverables, interact with customers to gather requirements, and contribute to data process improvements. Remote-friendly with flexible schedules and competitive USD-based pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience with large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining models or migrating to new platforms.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
