AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end BI development, partnering with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making.

The role demands 5+ years SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python expertise, and experience with AI coding tools. Flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation accompany a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migrating existing models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor for coding tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
