AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will build dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, Python, and modern AI tools to drive strategic decisions.

The role offers flextime with remote and office options, USD-based compensation, and a focus on professional growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain robust data models and pipelines to ensure accurate reporting.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI tools.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English communication.
