AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools to drive data-driven decision making.

Flexible in approach with remote and office options, the role emphasizes ownership, speed, and high-quality analytics across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining models and migrating to Streamlit.
• Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
