AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data visualization, data modeling, and validation across data sources, with a focus on delivering actionable intelligence to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tool experience, plus proactive collaboration in a remote-friendly, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions.
