AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tooling usage, with collaboration across remote and in-office settings.

You will develop data visualizations, validate data sources, and communicate complex insights to diverse audiences while maintaining a high level of quality and urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining models or migrating to Streamlit.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Hands-on AI coding tools usage: Claude Code or Cursor.
• Excel / Google Spreadsheets proficiency for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
