AgileEngine seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop scalable data models, optimize SQL queries, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. The role emphasizes data quality, storytelling with metrics, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment that values remote-friendly work and hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining models and migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) for coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
