Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL development, Tableau modeling, Python, and AI coding tools, with a strong focus on data warehousing and remote collaboration.
You will interact with customers to gather requirements, validate data sources, and drive data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SQL development experience
- 3+ years of Tableau development experience
- Hands-on Python development experience
- Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI coding tools
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA)
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights
- Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service
- Improve data processes, tools, and documentation
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams
- Communicate complex analytics to varied audiences
- Operate strategically with clear next steps and urgency
