AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to develop dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL and Tableau expertise, Python development, and proficiency with AI coding tools, with a strong focus on data quality and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migration to Streamlit.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) experience.
• Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
