Job summary

AgileEngine in Mendoza invites a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large data into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop data visuals and collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive business decisions.

Required: 5+ years SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python, familiarity with AI coding tools, Excel/Sheets, data warehousing, and experience with GitHub/Slack/JIRA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including hands-on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Prior practical, hands-on experience using AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor, across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research; familiarity or a willingness to learn alone is not sufficient, as these are the primary tools used by the team.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for running ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA) and English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and narratives for senior leaders and product teams.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate in a self-guided, strategic manner with urgency and quality.
