Job summary

AgileEngine in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, and Python skills, plus experience with data warehousing and data pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, delivering actionable analytics with an emphasis on business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SQL development experience.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
