Job summary

AgileEngine in Mendoza is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years Tableau, hands-on Python, and experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor. Strong Excel/Sheets, data warehousing knowledge, and English at an upper-intermediate level are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience
• Hands-on Python development experience
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA)
• Upper-intermediate English level

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy of insights
