Job summary

AgileEngine in Mendoza seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will own end-to-end BI workflows, optimize SQL queries, maintain data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub, Slack, and Jira. Fluency in English and strong remote collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models (Streamlit).
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate and maintain data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, Jira).
