Job summary

AgileEngine Mendoza, Argentina, seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data trends, validate data sources, and collaborate with customers to gather requirements while advancing data processes and documentation. Strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience and ability to write and optimize SQL queries over large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining models and migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• 2+ years of Snowflake development experience.
