AgileEngine in Mendoza is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes data storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging modern BI tooling.

You will develop dashboards in Tableau, write SQL, and employ Python, while using AI tools to accelerate analytics. Strong English and data warehousing knowledge are required for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining models or migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
