Job summary

AgileEngine, Argentina, seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will translate complex data into actionable narratives and help shape strategic decisions across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years SQL development and 3+ years Tableau, plus Python experience and familiarity with AI coding tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience; migrating to Streamlit is a plus.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
