Job summary

AgileEngine in Mendoza region seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop SQL queries, maintain Tableau models, and leverage Python with AI tools to deliver data-driven recommendations. The role offers USD-based compensation with flexible remote/office options in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining/migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools: Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
