Job summary

AgileEngine in Mendoza is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

Required skills include 5+ years SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python, and experience with AI coding tools. Strong data warehousing knowledge and English proficiency are essential. This role offers flextime with remote and office options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience with large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities
