AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data, validate data sources, and work with remote teams using SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools to drive business decisions across our Fortune 500 and startup clients.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Autonomously translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate in a self-guided, strategic manner with a focus on business impact.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail.
• Support teammates by taking on secondary tasks to ensure project success.
