AgileEngine is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop visualizations in Tableau, analyze data with SQL and Python, collaborate with remote teams, and help drive data-informed decisions across the business. This role features flexible hours, remote/office options, and competitive USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor for AI coding.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports for senior leaders and product teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements.
