Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into strategic insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, validate data models, and collaborate with customers to translate requirements into actionable analytics, leveraging SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience including maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analysis, testing and research.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
