AgileEngine seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, and validate data sources to ensure accuracy while collaborating with customers to gather requirements and deliver exceptional service.

Role emphasizes data storytelling, owning analytics with urgency, and working across remote and office settings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
