AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools to deliver data-driven decision support.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
