Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires strong SQL and Tableau skills, Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools. You will work with remote-friendly teams, collaborate across functions, and help translate data into strategic business narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining models and migrat-ing to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
