AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

Develop and optimize SQL queries, create Tableau models, and migrate visuals to Streamlit. Leverage Python and AI coding tools to deliver reliable analytics and actionable narratives with urgency. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience, maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English.
