Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards, analyze data, validate sources, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.

This role demands SQL, Tableau, Python, and experience with data warehousing and remote collaboration tools. We offer flextime, USD-based compensation, and opportunities to work with Fortune 500

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience including maintaining/migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
