AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools to deliver data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, remote-collaborative environment.

You will develop dashboards, validate data sources, and interact with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience, including writing and optimizing SQL queries on large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining models or migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
