AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL development, Tableau modeling, Python, and AI tooling usage to deliver high-impact data narratives.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced, remote-enabled environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining data models for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsabilités

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
