AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, and validate data sources to support strategic decisions with an operational mindset.

The role demands strong SQL and Tableau skills, hands-on Python experience, and comfort with AI coding tools, remote collaboration, and fast-paced projects across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migrations to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
