AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role requires strong SQL and Tableau skills, Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools, all within a remote-friendly, high-collaboration environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience and ability to optimize queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience; Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) for coding, SQL, analysis, and testing.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
