Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires strong SQL and Tableau skills, hands-on Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools. You will work with remote-friendly tools and collaborate across departments to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development across large datasets.
• 3+ years Tableau development; migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad‑hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline understanding.
• Validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with GitHub, Slack, JIRA for remote collaboration.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for reliable insights.
