AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires strong SQL and Tableau skills, plus Python development and experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor. You will collaborate with remote teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA while delivering high-quality data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SQL development experience.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience, including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI coding tools.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
