AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, validate data sources, and communicate complex insights to varied audiences, while navigating ambiguity and maintaining high quality in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment.

Strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and experience with AI coding tools are required, along with data

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience with existing models or migration to Streamlit.
• Prior Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain/validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
