Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large data into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes data visualization, stakeholder interaction, and strategic data interpretation.

You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tooling, collaborating across remote teams to drive business impact while maintaining a high standard of data quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience with large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline knowledge.
• Ability to validate existing data models and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure reliable insights.
• Interact with customers to collect requirements and deliver service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
