AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires SQL development (5+ years), Tableau (3+ years), Python, and hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, plus Excel/Google Sheets and data warehousing knowledge. Remote-friendly with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience; writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining models or migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, and research.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong customer service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior leaders and product teams.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to varied audiences.
• Operate in a self-guided, strategic manner with urgency.
• Take ownership and persevere through challenges.
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Support teammates by taking on secondary tasks when needed.
