AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires strong SQL and Tableau development skills, Python experience, and familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor. You will work with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis and collaborate across remote teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI tools.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Contribute to improving data processes, tools, and documentation.
