AgileEngine in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data visualizations and help drive strategic decisions with accurate metrics.

The role emphasizes 5+ years SQL, 3+ years Tableau, Python, and hands-on AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor, plus experience with data warehousing, Streamlit migrations, and collaboration across remote teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining models and/or migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience; AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) used by the team.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
