Fullstack Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable systems in a startup-like environment.

You will own features end-to-end, work with Java and Python, and apply AI-assisted development to boost productivity while upholding quality. You will design distributed architectures, manage databases and messaging queues, and contribute to architectural decisions as the company scales.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering or backend development.
• 5+ years of professional Python experience, building production-grade backend systems.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based application development experience is a plus.
• Experience with distributed systems, scalable architectures, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with databases, message queues, and data processing pipelines.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
