Fullstack Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who thrives in startup environments and enjoys building scalable systems from the ground up.

You will design, build, and maintain distributed systems with Java and Python, while leveraging AI-assisted development workflows to boost productivity without compromising quality. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering, strong ownership mindset, and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development.
• 5+ years of Python experience in production-grade backend systems.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based application development experience.
• Experience with AI-driven features, LLM integrations, or agentic workflows is preferred.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with databases, message queues, and data processing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems involving databases, APIs, message queues, and data pipelines.
