Silver is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer in a 100% remote LATAM-friendly role. The engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python, taking full ownership from design to production support.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development.
• 5+ years of professional Python experience, building and maintaining production-grade backend systems.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based application development experience or familiarity with AI agents.
• Experience building AI-driven features, LLM integrations, or agentic workflows in production environments is preferred.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and asynchronous processing.
