Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake or SAP sources, and English proficiency.

You will partner with stakeholders, model data, and deliver scalable analytics in an Agile, distributed environment, supporting enterprise data platforms including Snowflake and SAP HANA.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to translate business processes into technical data requirements.
Excellent communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data.
Support onboarding of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues along the data flow.
Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with business data owners.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.
