Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will work with Snowflake, SAP HANA, and various source systems to deliver scalable analytics in an Agile, distributed team.
Required 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, data modeling, DAX, and upper-intermediate English. This role offers flextime and remote/office options, with USD-based compensation and Fortune
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional Power BI experience.
- Strong SQL skills and data modeling expertise.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with SAP-based source systems.
- Upper-intermediate English.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
- Work with IT and source-system owners to identify data and coordinate availability.
- Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting across source → platform → model → Power BI.
- Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions across reports.
- Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decisions.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
- Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
