Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.
The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, data modeling, DAX, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP-based sources. You will collaborate with stakeholders and IT, delivering scalable analytics in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for clear insights.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
- Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
- Support onboarding of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow and semantic layers.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
