Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders to design data models, KPIs, and visualizations, while ensuring data quality across Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong SQL skills, and upper-intermediate English.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development experience.
- Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
- Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
- Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
- Coordinate with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
- Onboard data into the enterprise data platform including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
